How does it work?

Generate a shareable link from your document template, and let recipients access and sign the document at their convenience.

Create a Public Form

create your template as a public form

Navigate to Templates section in your Sign.Plus Dashboard, and find your template.

Click on More (⋮), and select Publish as Public Form.

Activate your form status

After publishing, a pop-up will prompt you to set your form's status to Active.

You can modify your form's status anytime by revisiting this step.

Share the link with your recipients

Once your form's status is set to Active, your shareable link is ready to use. 

Simply, copy the link to enclose it on your website or send it directly to a signer.

Note: Currently, this feature supports only a single signer.

It all depends on how you intend to use them to request signatures. Templates are ideal for documents that require frequent use, especially when requesting signatures from your recipients. When a template is published as a Public Form, it can be shared via a URL, allowing anyone with the link to access and sign your document.
How many recipients does Public Forms support?

Public Forms currently support only a single signer. Please modify your template to include only one recipient.
